Whisper (call whisper)

A whisper is a short spoken message played only to the staff member receiving a transferred call, before the caller is joined, saying who is calling and what they need.

The caller does not hear it. A whisper of a few seconds, such as "daughter of a resident, calling about a refill", lets the staff member start the conversation in the right place.
