AI New-Patient Intake by Phone
CuraVoice takes a new patient's details during their first call and files them for your intake team, so no enquiry is lost to voicemail.
The problem
A new patient who reaches voicemail often calls the next practice on the list. Even when someone answers, intake details are scribbled down between other calls and typed in later, with errors.
How CuraVoice handles it
- Asks whether the caller is new or has been seen before, when that is unclear.
- Collects name, date of birth, contact details, residence, insurance and the care needed.
- Files the details into your CRM, or connects the caller to intake if they prefer a person.
- Confirms to the caller that the request has been received.
What it does not do
It does not verify insurance eligibility on the call or book the first appointment in your scheduling system. It gives no medical advice, and anyone who asks for a person is connected to one.
Common questions
What if the patient already exists in our system?
The caller is routed to your staff. The AI never reads system messages aloud, because they can contain another patient's details.
Where do the details go?
Into your CRM. This is in production with Salesforce.
